Elton has over 40 years’ experience as civil engineer and in the offshore segment, including design and installation of rigid pipelines, installation analysis of flexible risers, and design of fixed offshore platforms.

Julia has over 35 years’ as civil engineer, working in the design and reinforcement of buildings using prestressed concrete, as well as metallic bridges, footbridges, and other structures. In addition, she has over 20 years’ experience as senior engineer in the offshore segment, including project management, design and verification of fixed oil platforms and subsea structures, and consulting with focus on energy transition and the decommissioning of oil platforms.

Marcio Miguel Silva has over 25 years’ experience in the offshore / subsea segment covering project implementation and execution, contract management, commercial activities / process definition and establishment, knowledge management, technology strategies, business development and  business management.

Renato has over 37 years’ experience in the offshore segment, including project coordination, design of offshore steel structures, jackets, FPSO modules, load-out and lifting operation analysis, spectral and simplified fatigue analysis, full plastic collapse analysis, brown field platforms’ integrity management, and the design and reinforcement of cranes, barges and ships.
